A BILL to amend article six, chapter twenty-nine of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section
three-a, relating to including within the classified service
any positions for any personnel who are legislative liaison
from the department of tax and revenue, the division of
natural resources and the department of health and human
resources.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article six, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section
three-a, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 6. CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.
§29-6-3a. Additional members.
The classified service, in addition to the members included by sections three and four of this article, shall also include any
personnel who are legislative liaison from the department of tax
and revenue, the division of natural resources and the department
of health and human resources.

On page two, section three-a, line five, by deleting everything
after the word "resources".
And,
On page one, by striking out the title and substituting therefor a
new title, to read as follows:
